It's alright, but the absence of phone tech support really hampers its usefulness for our company. Getting responses via email from tech support takes way too long to actually fix the problems. We're two days into this issue and still waiting for a solution. They don't mention at the time of purchase that phone support isn't an option for quick fixes. I can't recommend this product knowing that when issues arise, it takes this long to get answers. I shudder to think about the impact on our business when deadlines are on the line. A straightforward tech support hotline would solve the main complaints here, instead of this back-and-forth email delay.

This software lets you accomplish just about anything! Regular updates! Plus, the customer service is fantastic! Truly incredible!

EDIT: Oh, and I almost forgot to mention...the customer support is fantastic too! In my view, CreateStudio is hands down the top-notch software for making videos! The 3D characters are great, the transitions are smooth, and there are loads of ready-to-use templates that let you swap out images. Plus, the animation features, drag-and-drop interface, and masking tools are just a few of the many things I love! If you're serious about video creation in 2022 and beyond (they keep updating the software a couple of times each week), you should definitely check out CreateStudio!

This could be awesome if they weren't misleading about offering a pro version when it’s really just the standard one. There’s not much to try out with the standard version. Fingers crossed they’re not fibbing about the refund process!

Update: I really wanted to enjoy this software. I even shelled out extra for the all-access pass, but it just didn’t click for me.

But hey, that might just be my husband and I’s take. It also lacked enough variety.

That said, it might still work for you. They did process my full refund without any hassle. I didn’t wait the whole 30 days since I figured out in just 5 days that it wasn’t the right match for me.

I use the software for my tutoring business. The videos boosted my appeal to parents by 50%. CS PRO is fantastic. The support team and the company are top-notch.
